Becky Robinson Hugill
Becky graduated in psychology and organisational behaviour from Nottingham University and started her working life at Shell. She spent 10 years in HR moving from roles in Corporate HR Policy to providing human resources support to tanker drivers and a small coastal fleet. Following a short career break she took on a role as HR manager for a technology company before becoming an independent consultant.
Her experience includes work with a start up social-care agency, the Learning and Skills Council, the NHS and a range of not for profits and charities. Her expertise covers all areas of HR, TUPE, policies, staff audits and training and she specializes in organisational change, restructure and development.
As well as being very active in community projects Becky is the founder and trustee of a new charity working to provide support for individuals who have lost limbs in accidents or through conflict.
