Action 4 Youth

A feasibility report and due diligence review on the options for merger for this Buckinghamshire based youth organisation leading to consultancy to support its merger with Youth Focus. Follow up consultancy to support the newly merged organisation to respond to new commissioning and tendering environment within youth services.

Age Concern Spelthorne and Age Concern Runnymede

A detailed consultancy project including a feasibility review and reporting on the options for merger and joint working, and then extensive support to both Boards of Trustees and the senior management team to facilitate the successful merger of these two Surrey based Age Concerns.
