Amanda Carpenter BA (Hons) Msc - Founding Director, Organisational Development Lead
Amanda has a broad range of experience and has worked across the not for profit, SME and public sector - as well as doing her time in the world of big business! She is an experienced Board director in both public and charity sectors. She has been an independent consultant for 16 years specialising in organisational development and change and all aspects of people management. She has written, and worked extensively in the communications, PR and media relations field, and has a proven track record of training and development.
She specialises in consortium and collabortive working within the Third Sector, and is a skilled facilitator bringing about change sensitively and effectively within the teams and organisations she works with.

Alison James MA Msc ACA - Finance and Accountancy Lead
Alison is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked with London based businesses (large and small) and regulators across the Financial Sector for the last 14 years. For the last 6 years Alison has worked as a Senior Regulatory Advisor within one of the UK’s largest advisory practices. Alison has extensive experience advising clients in relation to financial systems and controls, regulatory requirements and relationships and corporate governance issues. Trained as a psychologist she has a thorough understanding of organisational and people dynamics and is well versed in managing difficult situations and projects.

Ronan Tyer LL.B (Hons) - Finance and Business Planning Lead
Ronan brings a wealth of experience in government and education, working in HM Treasury and the departments for Education and Culture. As a Senior Executive officer he was responsible for policy initiatives, preparation of legislation, structures and budgets. He is an expert at Interim Management, having served as a Chief Executive in several large organisations. For more than a decade Ronan has worked as a management consultant with the charity, social enterprise, education, health and Government sectors, focusing on strategic and organisational issues, as well as training, coaching, change and crisis management. Ronan’s strategic outlook and leadership expertise are key qualities in managing crisis and change in difficult times.

Nicolas Fenton FCA. Finance and Business Planning Consultant
Nicolas has been working in the charity sector for many years having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant and specialised in the international travel business. He was the first full time Director of Centrepoint, deputy Director at the Mental Health Foundation and then Founder /Chief Executive of ChildHope UK, an international NGO. He helped to set up and served on the Boards of two Consortia (UK / International) as well as Treasurer and Chair of a number of charities. He has been working as a consultant for 10 years assisting a broad range of clients in the UK and overseas. He tends to focus on the financial, governance and strategic planning issues but also has successfully helped several charities to secure funds from income streams that include high net worth individuals, Grantmaking trusts and statutory sources; he is also active in the management of change at Trustee and Senior Executive levels. He is London and Amsterdam based.

Angela Brewis LLB, MA. Legal and Corporate Structures Lead
Angela is a qualified solicitor. For 20 years she has advised central government, public and private sector on debt finance and infrastructure projects ranging from international to local scale. Recently she managed a large (100+) cross border team of lawyers in a global law firm and developed strategy for business and team development.
Her style is very practical and results orientated developed from exposure to a range of client organisations - from central government to local co-operative societies. She has excellent communication and organisational experience and can support you in informing, and garnering support from, all internal and external stakeholders.

Becky Robinson Hugill BSc Dip App Psyc, Human Resources Lead
Becky is a CIPD qualified HR specialist with a broad range of expertise. She has over 15 years experience working within both private and public sector organisations. Becky’s career began in a blue-chip environment; she then expanded her skills working with SMEs and business start-ups and is now an established HR consultant. She can offer advice and support across the full
range of HR activities from recruitment projects to establishing best practice HR processes and organisation restructuring. She is able to provide guidance on short-term single issue resolution or provide on-going HR development and support as required.

David JenningsBSc(Hons) PhD Stakeholder and Community Engagement Lead
David has a broad experience of working in both the public and not-for-profit sectors, having worked for 18 years in different departments across Central Government, latterly (until 2005) as Director of Chemicals in BERR. He was also a trustee of a charity in the homelessness sector for 9 years and is a Public Member of Network Rail, fulfilling a role of corporate governance. David now focuses on the not-for-profit and charitable sector, where his expertise includes Government and business relationship management, organisational, project and policy reviews, “Customer View” in-depth interviewing and stakeholder engagement.

Norma Corkish, BSc (Hons) FRSA Organisational Development Consultant
Norma has extensive experience of working in not-for-profit sector in the UK and internationally, as a Chief Executive, and consultant. Her experience includes change management and organisational development at Board level as well as strategic and business planning. She is a highly experienced facilitator and an able communicator with extensive experience of leading and advising on mergers and the development of consortia. She is currently Chair of CAB Waverley a recently merged Bureau.
