Welcome to Achill Management

Achill Management is a new kind of consultancy – a network of individuals working in partnership. We bring together a team of highly skilled consultants, with experience across a wide range of sectors and organisations, who work together to deliver the strategic, financial and operational solutions our clients are seeking.

Our consultants have worked in major commercial organisations, for grant makers and grant givers, have led not for profit and charitable organisations. They have also been in business, run social enterprises and led international project teams in countries across the world.

Because we offer a range of skills and experience we can offer our clients the specific and tailored support they need to be more effective, efficient and successful.

We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We have found our clients have different needs which require individual solutions. We believe in sharing best practice to devise and implement solutions that work – using both our collective knowledge, and transferred learning, to ensure all our consultancy projects “make a difference”.
