Organisational development, strategic and business planning
At Achill Management we have a strong, successful track record of working with organisations to support development and strategic planning. We work closely with our clients to ensure that re-structuring and organisational development projects are both relevant and achievable. Our Business Planning is based on a practical approach that is routed in designing financially robust and organisationally sound business scenarios and plans which small and medium sized organisations can implement and sustain without needing additional support.
Some of the clients we have worked with recently include:
Entelechy Arts - a specialised theatre and arts company for whom we developed a business plan, and supported them through a period of intense organisational change.
Wellwomen Bristol - a small charity providing drop in services to Asian women in inner city Bristol. Achill Management conducted an organisational review and drew up an operational business plan to help secure long term funding.
Impact Outreach Network a specialist theatre and arts company providing services to learning disabled adults. Achill Management conducted a full review and diagnostic on the business and drew up a Business and funding plan to support the company as it relocated to new premises.
